User Agreement
Version effective September 5, 2026
These rules are the agreement between you and loopdee when you create an account or use the service. They are written plainly on purpose.
1. Who can join
You must be at least 16 to use loopdee. Members who are 16 or 17 use extra safety protections, including shipping-only trades and stricter message review.
2. Clothes, not cash
loopdee is for item-for-item fashion trades. You may not use the service to buy or sell items for cash. Trade Credits are non-cash, non-transferable, cannot be cashed out, and may cover no more than 25% of an item's Trade Score.
3. Honest listings and fair trades
Only list items you own and are allowed to trade. Photos and descriptions must accurately show condition, size, flaws, authenticity, and what is included. Do not offer counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, prohibited, or misleading items.
4. Stay anonymous and ship safely
Use a pseudonym and illustrated avatar. Do not post faces, contact details, home addresses, or identifying information. Use the provided shipping flow and address-masked labels; loopdee does not support in-person meetups.
5. Be decent
No harassment, hate, threats, scams, pressure, spam, sexual content, or attempts to move an unsafe conversation off-platform. Respect blocks and moderation decisions.
6. Photos and automated checks
You give loopdee permission to store, display, resize, and check the photos you submit so the service can operate. Automated tools may help detect faces, unsafe material, item details, and estimated trade value, but they can be wrong and do not guarantee authenticity or value.
7. Trades and disputes
You are responsible for reviewing a trade before accepting it, packing items reasonably, shipping on time, and cooperating with delivery or condition disputes. loopdee may pause, reverse, or restrict activity while a safety or fraud issue is reviewed.
8. Accounts and enforcement
Keep your sign-in secure and use one truthful account. We may remove content, limit features, suspend, or close accounts that break these rules, put people at risk, abuse invites or credits, or interfere with the service.
9. Service changes and responsibility
Features may change or occasionally be unavailable. To the extent allowed by law, loopdee is provided as-is and is not responsible for indirect losses or agreements members make outside the supported trade flow. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
10. Changes to this agreement
We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change is important, we will give reasonable notice and ask for a new acceptance when appropriate.
